Queue

Send a PDF of the problem, the date it has to ship, and who decides. We reply in five working days if we can take it.

Designers and a producer. No account layer between the brief and the work.

No. Paid sprint or retainer. We do not decorate speculative decks.

We hold it if it can survive a site and a year of live work. We do not rebuild for the sake of a rebuild.

Yes, if the system can take it. The first week is in the queue, not a workshop off to the side.

Yes. We share the studio queue — not a shadow brand team that invents in parallel.

A few hours with the studio desk. Full-time seats sit in Toronto hours.

Pitch-only work, unpaid tests, and briefs with no decision-maker. If it is not a real problem, it is not a brief.

Retainers

A weekly queue. Identity, site, and product share one list — not three agencies in parallel.

Two weeks on live work, paid. Not a chemistry coffee and not a take-home test.

In the room, the week it ships. We do not hold a big-bang reveal at the end.

We hold it. Changes after lock are a new brief, not unlimited rounds inside the old one.

Only if the retainer ends. Launch is not a handoff into silence.

No. Quoted per seat. A menu that ignores the problem is decoration.

Between quarters, yes. The queue does not keep a ghost seat on the roster.

After we take the brief. We do not NDA a sales call.

If the list missed it — write anyway.

We read every brief in the same studio queue. No form that pretends to be a conversation.
